We sold a few stump burls about 25 years ago and I think we got 60 cents a pound for madrone burls back then. These burls were in the 2000-4000 lb range. I am wondering if anyone is still buying these large burls. I sometimes run into these big hardwood burls like the myrtlewood burl below. The saw is about 4 feet long to give a size reference.
